Traditional Layout Form
The Traditional Design Form is used when you customer wants to control the design process. When designers see this form, they know that you and your customer are in control of the design. The designers will follow your design instructions exactly as documented on the form. If you want the designers to add their creativity, you need to tell them in your notes
