With this simplified design form you will reference a card in you portfolio. The card design will be created similar to the reference card. When you use this form, the designers will take your information and USE THEIR CREATIVITY to come up with a card design that will impress your client.
This simplified layout form allows you to quickly collect the clients information and show them approximately what the card will look like. Then, the designers do the rest. Because you have not communicated specific details about the card, the client is more open minded and will be impressed when the proof is returned to them.
If the client wants to be more in control of the design, you will want to use the Design Form.
